In full production now the new PLANO 1350 at the company “ESSECIEMME of Mansuè Treviso”.
This is the new PLANO SYSTEM finishing; exclusively designed and patented by EMC
Mr. Erich Lion, owner of ESSECIEMME, declares that PLANO SYSTEM is truly revolutionary.
This is what Erich confides to us: “With PLANO, the high gloss finishing easily reach 99 glosses”.
In addition, the finish is perfectly flat: A so-called “mirror finishing.
The panels painted with “edge-coating” technology are perfectly sanded even at the edges, where there is often accumulation.
The matt finishing of the “very big panels” are easy and perfect.
The PLANO SYSTEM allows great savings in terms of consumption of abrasive belts. With a single belt end finishing are reached when normally 5 or 6 abrasive belts are needed with a traditional sanders.
Electricity consumption is also reduced; even 4 or 5 times less than traditional sanding.
