EMC leads the way in polishing the FUTURE

The new PLANO 1350 is in full production at ESSECIEMME in Mansuè, Treviso.

Mr Erich Lion, owner of ESSECIEMME, says that PLANAR sanding is truly revolutionary.

Erich tells us: "With PLANO , the brushed gloss finishes can easily reach 99 glosses.

In addition, the finish is perfectly flat: a so-called 'mirror' finish.

Panels painted with "lacquer-edge" technology are perfectly levelled even at the edges where paint build-up and beads often occur.

Easy and perfect matt finishing and sanding of the "big panels".

The planar system allows great savings in terms of abrasive belt consumption. With only one belt you can achieve finishes where normally 5 or 6 belts are needed on conventional sanding machines.

Electricity consumption is reduced; up to 4 or 5 times less than conventional sanding.
