Some features of the EMC line:
- Eight working groups
- Useful working width 1,350 mm
- Total installed electrical power 240 kW (325hp)
- Seven 350 mm diameter blades
- Sanding belt development 2,620 mm
- Electronically controlled working positions
- Feed speed up to 25 m/min
The material being processed will be premium quality Scandinavian pine.
The line consists of eight in-line workstations:
1° - Multi-blade less than one group with 7 or more blades
2° - Calibrator-sander with less than 3 units
3° - Calibrating-sanding machine with more than 4 units
